Key job responsibilities: - 

• Define the training plan and schedule 
• Training to new hired employee/project interns/students
• Coordinate with the department head and team lead regarding TNA(Training Need Analysis) 
• Transfer or share knowledge to a new developer or existing 
• Devising technical training programs according to organizational requirements 
• Producing training schedules and classroom agenda 
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, assignments etc.) 
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually 
• Observe and evaluate the results of training programs 
• Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements 

Required skills & experience 

• Development and training experience required 
• ASP.NET, MVC, C#, MS SQL Server - Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, Web API
