Key job responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related queries.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Conduct Interview and Induction of successful candidates only.
  • Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, and queries
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage Employee Database.
  • Leaves and Attendance Management.
  • Prepare documents of Employment confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management.
  • Monitor employee IN & OUT times.
  • Initiate and coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Exit-Interview and full and final Settlement.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance

Required skills & experience

  • 01-02 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Excellent English communication, People Management,
