Key job responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related queries.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Conduct Interview and Induction of successful candidates only.
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, and queries
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage Employee Database.
- Leaves and Attendance Management.
- Prepare documents of Employment confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management.
- Monitor employee IN & OUT times.
- Initiate and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Exit-Interview and full and final Settlement.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
Required skills & experience
- 01-02 years of experience in HR operations.
- Excellent English communication, People Management,
