Job Description:
Casepoint seeks a talented and passionate Hubspot CRM Systems Administrator & Sales Operations Analyst to support the continued growth of Casepoint’s market share in the data discovery, management, and compliance industry. This position supports and enables the efforts of the Go-To-
Market team, including Government and Commercial business development teams, account management, capture, and customer support.

The primary responsibility of the Hubspot CRM Systems Administrator & Sales Operations Analyst is to help maintain and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations while providing valuable insights to drive growth. In this role, you are responsible for managing and optimizing our
HubSpot CRM system. You will work closely with our U.S.-based sales, marketing, and account management teams to ensure the CRM supports business processes effectively. Additionally, you will provide vital sales operations analysis, reporting, and insights to help drive our sales strategy and execution with our team in India.



Key job responsibilities:

  • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to maintain, improve upon, and troubleshoot any issues or requirements for our CRM for sales and marketing needs and your ability to provide timely and accurate sales analysis and reporting.
  • Hubspot CRM Administration:
    • Receive and communicate product feedback to business unit leads and the product team based on prospect or customer feedback, product issues, and market trends
    • Demonstrate, develop, and maintain subject matter expertise in product and industry, including expert knowledge of Casepoint’s product suite by consulting internally with teams and other resources, individual study, future product enhancements, and added features.
  • Hubspot CRM Administration:
    • Implement, maintain, and optimize the Hubspot CRM platform to meet the evolving needs of the sales, marketing, and account management teams.
      o   Configure and maintain custom fields, pipelines, workflows, and automation within the CRM.
      o   Develop and enforce data entry and management best practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
      o   Manage user access and permissions within the CRM.
      o   Troubleshoot any technical issues related to Hubspot CRM usage.
      o   Stay up-to-date on the latest Hubspot CRM features and functionalities, and recommend improvements.

Required skills & experience

  • 3+ years of Hubspot System Administration experience, including Hubspot Sales Hub and Hubspot Marketing Hub & 2+years of experience in sales operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including making complex data sets easily digestible/understandable manner to a variety of audiences
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with other sales technology preferred (e.g., LinkedIn Navigator, Leadership Connect, Courtlinks, etc.)
  • Ability to build rapport with sales and sales operations team members
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Interest/experience in technology and sales
  • Ability to learn and use new technology in a relatively quick manner with instruction
