Job description:

We are seeking a Wordpress Developer to work as part of the Marketing team of a fast-growing US-based software company. The team communicates in English and works on projects involving advanced English so strong written and verbal skills are required. The developer will work with other marketing team members, SEO analysts, and designers on projects from the very beginning to the end. The developer shall be comfortable to work in a Wordpress backend, and contribute and collaborate from the beginning of an idea being designed, through its implementation on a website, and final delivery of the product.

Key job responsibilities & capabilities:

• Responsible for website development with a wordpress backend
• Responsible for Javascript coding for separate web pages and landing pages
• Responsible for coding digital graphics in various sizes and combinations of text and graphics, brochures, ebooks, case studies, infographics … etc into web pages
• Responsible for motion graphics, GIF, or video creation
• Ability to follow design identity style guide
• Ability to follow directions with careful attention to detail
• Ability to design content per given scope as delegated
• Ability to deliver high-quality material
• Ability to work in agile sprints with constant review cycles and quality assurance

Required skills & experience:

• Advanced to expert level verbal and written English communication skills (will be tested)
• Minimum of 3 years of professional web development in wordpress backend--not freelance
• Excellent frontend skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery
• More than 1.5 years of experience with a software company is absolutely necessary
• Existing B2B-audience design work portfolio available to share
• Demonstrated ability to manage successful visual campaign design across traditional channels and social media, digital and web platforms; working knowledge of digital, web, and social media metrics a strong plus
